Profiteroles for 20? I'll just quickly whip up a batch! 
(ok maybe with a little help from my awesome sous chefs!)

  5. He he, didn't even think about being an ice maiden! a couple of years ago I did Mrs Lovett from Sweeny Todd and the most frightening thing about my outfit was that I might hug you to death!

    The profiteroles went down really well! It was my first time making creme patissiere so I was extremely nervous as I had no back up plan, it all went OK though, phew!
